All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and refund the full amount using your original method of payment. Items offered on our website are available only for delivery within Canada.

1 – Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Please note that: • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the shipping date, not the order date. • Delivery times are intended as a guide only and depend on the acceptance and approval of your order. • We make every effort to fulfill your order within 10 business days of purchase. • We do not ship on weekends. 2 – Damaged Items in Transport

If your package or items arrive damaged, please contact us within 1 week of delivery at info@zattopharmacy.ca Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and products, if possible.

5 – Local Delivery (GTA Area)

All orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are delivered by our local courier service, offering same-day or next-day delivery (depending on availability). Orders outside the GTA are shipped via Canada Post or UP

6 – REFUND Policy

To return Goods, ensure that: • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following items are non-refundable:

• Probiotics & Food Items • Homeopathic products • Cosmetics • Short-dated products • Used Products Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
