Description: Triferexx 150 is the original brand of polysaccharide-iron complex, trusted since 2003. Each capsule delivers 150 mg of elemental iron to help prevent and treat iron deficiency anemia. Designed for excellent absorption and gastrointestinal tolerance.
Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 1 or 2 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not use for a prolonged period unless instructed by a physician.
Medicinal Ingredient: 150 mg Elemental Iron (Polysaccharide-Iron Complex)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, FD&C Yellow #6, FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Red #40, Iron Oxides (C.I. 77499, 77491, 77492), Titanium Dioxide.
Warnings:
- Keep out of reach of children. Contains enough iron to seriously harm a child.
- In case of overdose, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre immediately.
- Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have peptic ulcer, regional enteritis, or ulcerative colitis.
